Our school entered teams of  seven yr 3 / 4 and seven yr 5/6.

Demilee came 1st in the yr 3/4 cross country race.

It was wet and muddy but fun!!

On Tuesday 30th June Isaac and Shawn represented the school at the Northallerton and Thirsk area K’nex challenge. The two were selected after producing a fabulous model to win our intra-school competition. They finished third out of nine schools, a great effort! Well done to them both.

Hi had loads  of fun today we went on a seaside walk it was really fun i even held a real live lobster! We also went looking for fossels we even got to keep them.Also i found a giant lobster claw i was aloud to keep it. It’s really cool.JAMES                    

Hi everyone!!! Today we went on the beach and collected some really cool fossils!!! I went swimming in a rock pool and caught a starfish!!! miss everyone. Josh.

 Hi today my favorite activity was rock pooling because the instructer picked up a massive lobster.TOM

Hi everybody, been walking on the beach 2day and went in rock pools ( and pulled a lobsters arms off) not forgetting the gorgeous ice cream. miss u all, c u on friday. lucy

We went to the beach today and the first thing we did is find fossails there were millions but we were only allowed 4 each, next we went brock poolling and found toons of crabs and hermite crabs and fish and some disgusting sea slugs,also we had ice cream at the beach and had to walk up some massive cliffs.Emily

Hi Everyone,
today we went canoeing (like u did on wednesday) except it was 2mls long from a field to Whitby Harbour (it was so tiring). We had to go down a Weir ( a fast flowing steep hill, it was amazing!)
The food is absolutely GORGEOUS!
ADVICE:GO TO EAST BARNBY!!!!!!!!!!!

hi everybody , tonight i am goin to sing in the talentshow. it’s going to be so cool . today we wen’t canoeing it was great we wen’t rowing into whitby harbour it was awsome when wew were rowing i was in a boat with emiy and we had the fastest team it was ssssssssssssssoooooooooooo fun see you tomorrow! Today we went canoeing on a river to Whitby, I loved it!!! We went down a small slope called a whea and I could not stop laughing!! It got a bit tiring at the end though, miss everyone loads , cant wait to see u all 2morrow!!!  josh.           

I  really enjoyed Canoeing today. My favouriye thing was going down the wier. I’ve really enjoyed the week at East Barnby. Looking foward to seeing you tommorow.  Bethan

We went canuoing today it was grait near the end 2 boats were tied together and mine and James team were the faster than everyone eles.Emily

Today we did canoeing it was very hard work but I still engoyed it. My favrot part was going down the weir. I got wet!
